Cycle Charting Tips:
- The two things you must track are temperature and cervical mucous
- Take temp from the same part of body each day (same spot under tongue, etc)
- Take temp first thing every morning when you wake up, before getting out of bed
- Track thickness of mucous throughout cycle, it will be thickest right before ovulation
- Even 0.1 can indicate a change so make sure your thermometer is accurate
- Temperature is low until right after ovulation then increases in small increments (can be less than 0.5)
