This practice started with the women I love. Watching my best friend navigate fertility challenges — running into dead ends, being told everything looked "normal," not knowing where to turn — was the moment I knew something had to change. And she wasn't alone. I was watching women all around me wait until their late 30s to start families, with no one in their corner helping them prepare.

I'm a board-certified PA-C with over five years of clinical experience in functional and integrative medicine, certified in fertility through A4M, and a certified practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine. I've also completed a year-long naturopathic women's health mentorship — and have had the privilege of training directly with some of the most respected names in the field.

Outside the clinic I'm training for HYROX and the St. Anthony's Triathlon here in St. Pete, and spending most of my free time outdoors with my husband and our two kids — which keeps me grounded in exactly why this work matters.

Dr. Richard Dreiss, MD

Dr. Richard Dreiss earned his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. With over 40 years of clinical experience in women's health and obstetrics, his focus areas include cycle regulation, fertility support, minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery, and complex pregnancies.

As the clinic's collaborating physician, Dr. Dreiss's expertise is woven into every care plan at Healthi Hormones & Fertility — his 40 years of OB-GYN experience informing your protocol from the start.
