I am not a self-proclaimed instagram health expert! I am a board-licensed Physician Assistant with multiple certifications from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Institute of Functional Medicine. This means I have extensive knowledge on finding and HEALING the root cause of your concerns. 

Additionally, I make myself available to you as a concierge practitioner meaning you have private access to me. 

I believe in supporting you to reach your health goals through a mixture of functional and conventional practices. I leverage your lifestyle above all to help you feel your best based on your symptoms, history, and what we find on your labs. 

There are two main reasons for this. The first is that most primary care providers work within the binds of insurance, so they don't have the freedom to order the testing you NEED. These functional medicine tests look deeper into root cause, inflammation, hormones, and more. 

The second reason is education. As with most fields, you have to stay up to date in medicine and be willing to expand beyond the practices of the past 50 years. I make sure to attend multiple medical conferences yearly so that I am current on the best practices for my clients. 

I do not accept insurance because that limits how I practice but do provide itemized invoices for HSA submission. 

As someone who doesn't like to waste time, I make sure the process is convenient and efficient. After we lay out your personalized health plan you will receive your tests shipped to your front door for sample submission. As your comprehensive results are available, we will meet either virtually or in office to discuss not only your results but why this happened and what we can do about it. I do not leave you wondering what your results mean!

There is no set timeline to worry about, but my clients typically complete their consultations in 6 months or so.
