Biological Age and Telomere Testing

Time is our most valuable asset, and now we can slow down the clock.

How fast are you aging at this very moment?

Everyone knows their chronological age. Chronological age is the number of candles that are on top of your cake and the birthdays you celebrate (or sometimes don’t!). However, developments in science have created another measurement of age called biologic or epigenetic age.

Unlike chronological age, this measurement of age is based on years of statistical research and provides much more relevant health information. It can tell us how healthy you are and even when you might pass away using biomarkers on your DNA called methylation. Think of methylation as your personal history and lifestyle effect on your gene expression.

I check your biological age, how fast you are aging at this moment, immune system age, telomere length, cell turnover rate, and can even evaluate if you personally will benefit from intermittent fasting or calorie restriction.

The best part, it is done with a few drops of your blood through a finger prick in the comfort of your own home.

What I Will Check:

  • Biological Age
  • Telomere Length (reflect damage from aging)
  • Rate of Aging
  • Immune System Age
  • Risk of Cell Division and Tumors
  • Weight Response to Caloric Restriction
  • Diabetes Risk

You NEED This To:

  • Calculate how fast you are aging and see if that fits into your life plan
  • Evaluate your biological age and how that corresponds to your chronological age
  • Determine why these ages might not match
  • Examine your the effect of lifestyle on your genetics
  • See if you are at risk for cancer
  • Assess if caloric restriction will aid in your weight loss efforts
  • Evaluate immune system strength
